‼️ PLEASE READ ‼️ 📌 Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy • Please arrive on time to your appointment. • If you are going to be late, please message me ahead of time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled. • If your appointment is canceled due to lateness or a no-show, a No-Show Fee will apply. • You may reschedule within one week of a canceled appointment to have your deposit still apply toward your service. • Deposits are only refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. ⸻ 📌 NEW: Rescheduling Limit Policy • You are allowed to reschedule up to 2 times. After the second reschedule, your deposit will no longer be valid and a new deposit will be required to rebook. • I completely understand that things come up, but repeated rescheduling affects my time and ability to serve others. Thank you for understanding and respecting my schedule 💖 ⸻ 📌 NEW: Cancellation Fee Policy • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will now be subject to a fee of 50% of the total service cost. • For example: If you booked a “Regular Gem” at $20, you will be charged $10. • If you have a card on file, the cancellation fee will be automatically charged. • Please know this is my livelihood — last-minute cancellations or no-shows take away time I could have used to serve other clients and directly impact my business.
